Mark has spent over 35 years investing in local church ministry through revitalization, multi-site churches, and church planting. He has served in lead pastor roles for over 25 years, in addition to 8 years with a national church planting organization, before joining the staff at Northview in 2019. Growing up in a church planting pastor's home, he caught the passion for church multiplication organically.

He and Karolyn have had the joy of working in both rural and urban churches, and God has given Mark a passion for preaching, prayer, and planting. The Burch’s have 3 adult children and 6 "grands". Mark carries a burden for the Canadian church, leadership development, and the health and vibrancy of the local congregation.

Brett Landry has been involved in church planting and the training of church planters since 2011. He has been a part of City to City Canada since the beginning and currently serves as the pastor of Austin Heights Church in Coquitlam, BC. He is passionate about gospel-centred preaching and supporting the development of new leaders in the church.

Brett has been married to Alison for over twenty years, and together they have been blessed with three daughters. He is grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside his family in both ministry and life.

Dwayne’s experience in the worlds of nonprofit, healthcare, and housing organizations spans nearly 30 years of service. Now, he uses those decades of experience to coach leaders and the orgs they serve in the pursuit of courageous, life-changing visions.

Dwayne Cline served as the lead pastor of James North Baptist Church (JNBC), in Hamilton, for 28 years.

Steve Bray has served as the Lead Elder of Calvary Baptist Church since 2015 and the Executive Director of Mile One Mission since 2019 in St. John's Newfoundland. Steve was born in Newfoundland and grew up in both Harbour Grace and St. John's. He is married to his childhood sweetheart Debbie and they have been blessed with 3 children and an ever growing number of grandchildren. Steve started TGC Atlantic Canada and is a founding member of the TGC Canada Council. He has a heart to see men and women trained for the work of the ministry and to see churches planted throughout his home province.

Ben Jolliffe is an experienced church planter and church planting network leader. He was born and raised in Canada near Toronto. He planted Resurrection Church (Ottawa) which has planted daughter churches in Halifax, Nova Scotia (Christ Church Halifax) and Gatineau, Quebec (Grace Gatineau). He is ordained in the PCA and serves as a church planting coach and chair of Mission to North America committee of his presbytery.

Patrice, a native of Quebec, dedicated his life to Christ in 1980. Following the sale of their 20-year-old business in 1999, Patrice embarked on a journey of church planting in Switzerland, Manitoba, and the Montreal region. Patrice is married to Cindy, and they share three children and eight grandchildren.

In 2012, Patrice joined the C2C collective in Quebec. C2C provides church planting coaching and training to churches and church families. Presently, Patrice serves as the National Director of C2C. Additionally, he collaborates with City to City Africa to train church planters.
