Mark Burch

  • Mark has spent over 35 years investing in local church ministry through revitalization, multi-site churches, and church planting. He has served in lead pastor roles for over 25 years, in addition to 8 years with a national church planting organization, before joining the staff at Northview in 2019. Growing up in a church planting pastor's home, he caught the passion for church multiplication organically.

    He and Karolyn have had the joy of working in both rural and urban churches, and God has given Mark a passion for preaching, prayer, and planting. The Burch’s have 3 adult children and 6 "grands". Mark carries a burden for the Canadian church, leadership development, and the health and vibrancy of the local congregation.

Mark Reynolds

  • Mark serves as an advisor to ministry leaders in our global city network that are leading teams that offer training, coaching and other core services to ministry leaders.

    He also provides strategic counsel to leaders implementing the "hub city" strategy. Hub cities seek to increase ministry impact in their cities in partnership with our global partners through city-wide collaboration, starting and strengthening churches, initiatives that serve the flourishing of a city and resourcing other cities.

    Before serving at CTC, he was the field director with Mission to the World in Manila facilitating church planting with Filipinos. Mark has also helped plant a church in Columbus, Ohio, served as campus staff with Campus Crusade at Oregon State University, and holds graduate degrees from Covenant Seminary, Aberdeen University and Saint Louis University.

Brett Landry

  • Brett Landry has been involved in church planting and the training of church planters since 2011. He has been a part of City to City Canada since the beginning and currently serves as the pastor of Austin Heights Church in Coquitlam, BC. He is passionate about gospel-centred preaching and supporting the development of new leaders in the church.

    Brett has been married to Alison for over twenty years, and together they have been blessed with three daughters. He is grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside his family in both ministry and life.

Stephen Bray

  • Steve was born & raised in Newfoundland, married his childhood sweetheart Debbie and together they make their home in St John's Newfoundland.  He has been in ministry for over 25 years, having served for 15 years of pastoral ministry in Prince Edward Island. He has been the lead Elder of Calvary Baptist Church since 2015.

    Steve is the Executive Director of Mile One Mission and is dedicated to planting Churches and seeing Newfoundlanders raised up to reach Canada’s most easterly province. 

George Sinclair

  • George studied at the undergraduate and graduate level at Carleton University where he received a degree in Sociology with a minor in Philosophy. He studied Theology and Pastoral Counselling at St. Paul University where he completed an MA in Pastoral Studies.

    George was ordained in 1985. For 22 years he served in the Anglican Church of Canada (ACoC). In 2008 his church was the second church in the country to separate from the ACoC and join the Anglican Network in Canada (ANiC). George has served in a suburban and in a rural “multi-point” church.

    George is blessed to have been married to Louise since 1981. They have 9 children and lots of sons and daughters-in-law and grandchildren.

Dan Macdonald

  • Dan MacDonald left his law practice in 1990 to pursue a call to full-time ministry.He currently serves as the Senior Pastor for Grace Toronto Church, which he re-planted with his wife in 2005.

    Grace Toronto has planted two daughter congregations over the past 10 years and has seen 3 of its interns go on to plant churches in Toronto and Ottawa. He currently sits on the national advisory team of Redeemer City to City Canada, and The Grace Network Canada, as well as the National Council of The Gospel Coalition Canada. Dan has been married to Sue (“the one upon whom the sunrises and sets”) for 22 years, and has a spectacular daughter named Shaila.

    He enjoys sports, reading, travelling, and learning.

Dwayne Cline

  • Dwayne’s experience in the worlds of nonprofit, healthcare, and housing organizations spans nearly 30 years of service. Now, he uses those decades of experience to coach leaders and the orgs they serve in the pursuit of courageous, life-changing visions.

    Dwayne Cline served as the lead pastor of James North Baptist Church (JNBC), in Hamilton, for 28 years.

Connan Kublik

  • Connan Kublik is the Executive Director of Grace Network Canada and a certified church planting coach with Church Multiplication Ministries. He is passionate about about seeing gospel renewal in Canada and is a part of seeing gospel-centred churches planted and equipping and training church leaders and congregations. Connan is the Lead Pastor of New City Church Calgary. Prior to Calgary, he planted New City Church Hamilton and served as Lead Pastor there for 17 years.

    Connan looks forward to his resurrection body but in the meantime attempts to counter “the fall” with weights, running, and outdoor pursuits such as skiing and hiking. He enjoys a good book with an Americano, date nights with his wife, and spending time with his church family. Connan is married to Brenda, and together they have four children: Kira (and son-in-law Judah), Brysan, Evan, and Rylan.
