Pillars of a Healthy Church.
This event is open to anyone who wants to grow in their understanding of living out a theological vision for a city, including a vision for movement, mission and ministry in Canada, an understanding of grace renewal dynamics, the importance of contextualization and the essential elements to start. Denominational leaders, pastors, elders, organizational representatives, Bible College and Seminary students are all welcome.

Mark Reynolds

Mark serves as an advisor to ministry leaders in our global city network that are leading teams that offer training, coaching and other core services to ministry leaders.
He also provides strategic counsel to leaders implementing the "hub city" strategy. Hub cities seek to increase ministry impact in their cities in partnership with our global partners through city-wide collaboration, starting and strengthening churches, initiatives that serve the flourishing of a city and resourcing other cities.
Before serving at CTC, he was the field director with Mission to the World in Manila facilitating church planting with Filipinos. Mark has also helped plant a church in Columbus, Ohio, served as campus staff with Campus Crusade at Oregon State University, and holds graduate degrees from Covenant Seminary, Aberdeen University and Saint Louis University.
Andrew Katay

Andrew is the CEO of City to City Australia, a church planting and leadership development agency linked to Tim Keller and Redeemer Presbyterian Church, New York. This role enables him to work across denominational boundaries to be part of seeing a Gospel movement take hold of cities across Australia, which is a driving passion for Andrew.
Andrew is also the Senior Minister of Christ Church Inner West, a multi-site Anglican church in Sydney's Inner West, where he commenced 19 years ago. He has considerable experience in University ministries and has served as Anglican Chaplain to Sydney University. Andrew has served on the Bishop-in-Council of the Diocese of Sydney for 17 years.
Jamie BesteR

Jamie is the Director and a Lead Consultant of the Revitalise Australia Program. He is an ordained Minister with the Anglican Diocese of Tasmania and leads a working group for the Diocese, developing new ministries throughout the state. Jamie has a science and business background, previously working as a consultant to rebuild failed businesses and starting new ones. These experiences and gifts have transferred into ministry roles focusing on church planting and parish revitalisation.
Jamie studied Ministry & Theology at Ridley College and completed the City to City Asia Pacific Church Planting Intensive and Preaching Incubator prior to planting Southern Beaches Anglican Church. Until recently he has led the Anglican Parish of Clarence South in Hobart through a season of revitalisation before starting full-time with City to City. Jamie has completed a significant amount of large scale church and denominational consultancies across Australia, New Zealand and Canada.
Church Revitalization Training Days Framework.
This event is for denominational leaders, organizational representatives, and potential church revitalization coaches who have been recommended by their denomination or organization. This is the first step in becoming a City to City Church Revitalization Consultant. It is an overview of how the framework is applied to a unique revitalization process. Attendees will have an in depth look at the City to City Revitalization Australia work. Denominational leaders will be able to discern if they would like to formalize a partnership with CTC Canada.
