Dan MacDonalD
National Director
Dan is a native of Montreal, who re-planted Grace Toronto in 2005 and trained up five church planters who went to plant churches in the Greater Toronto Area, Ottawa and soon, Windsor. He was the former director of Grace Network Canada, and loves to partner with other organizations for gospel renewal. He currently serves as the Senior Pastor for Grace Toronto Church. Dan has been married to Sue (“the one upon whom the sun rises and sets”) for 29 years, and has a spectacular daughter named Shaila. He enjoys sports, reading, travelling, and learning.
Connan Kublik
Director of Assessment, Coaching and Training
Connan serves as the Lead Pastor of New City Church in Calgary, Alberta after planting a church in downtown Hamilton, Ontario. He is thrilled to be back near the mountains where he can pursue his love of hiking, skiing, and reading good books with a dark Americano. Connan is passionate about identifying, training and coaching gospel-centred leaders and churches to see them reach their cities with the astounding grace and truth of Jesus. He is a certified church planting coach with the Gospel Coaching Network. Connan and his wife, Brenda, have four amazing children and one great son-in-law: Kira (Judah), Brysan, Evan, and Rylan.
EZRA OKOTI
CATALYST
Ezra serves as Executive Pastor for Multiplication at Northview Community Church in Abbotsford, BC. He oversees Canadian church planting partnerships and global missions. Ezra has served for many years as part of church planters' assessment teams and preaching coach. He is originally from Kenya and lives in Abbotsford with his wife and four kids.
SHEN YOUNG
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Shen Young is a lifelong Torontonian. While she has spent over 20 years in real estate, her enduring passion has been serving the church and her city. She previously served as Executive Director at Grace Toronto Church from 2017–2019, launched Tabitha House, a transitional home for young women, and most recently joined City to City Canada, where she oversees operations. Shen attends Grace Toronto Church with her husband, David. During the winter months, they can often be found at their local curling club. She is a proud Enneagram 8 who loves adventure, trying new things, and anything related to food and travel.

SÉBASTIEN GAUTHIER
COACH AND TRAINER, C2C COLLECTIVE
Sébastien Gauthier is a coach and trainer with over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, organizational growth, and leadership development. He currently serves full-time with C2C, helping individuals and organizations build clear, actionable growth strategies and strengthen their leadership and structures.
With fifteen years of experience as a COO and CEO, followed by five years in consulting, Sébastien has led teams, driven operational excellence, and guided organizations through growth and restructuring. He also brings extensive church leadership experience, having planted two churches in Quebec as an Executive Pastor. Since joining C2C in 2018, he has coached and trained leaders across Canada, transitioning to full-time in January 2026.
Sébastien is passionate about seeing churches across Canada thrive through new church plants and revitalization efforts. He is married to Amélie of 24 years and is a proud father of three children: Laurence, Gabriel and Zacharie.
Jamie Bester
Director of Revitalise, City to City Australia
Jamie is the Director and a Lead Consultant of the Revitalise program. He is an ordained Minister with the Anglican Diocese of Tasmania and leads a working group for the Diocese, developing new ministries throughout the state.
Jamie has a science and business background, previously working as a consultant to rebuild failed businesses and start new ones. These experiences and gifts have transferred into ministry roles focusing on church planting and parish revitalisation.
Jamie studied Ministry & Theology at Ridley College and completed the City to City Asia Pacific Church Planting Intensive and Preaching Incubator prior to planting Southern Beaches Anglican Church. Until recently he has led the Anglican Parish of Clarence South in Hobart through a season of revitalisation before starting full-time with City to City.
Jamie is married to Claire and has seven children (yes, that’s right!) covering a wide range of ages. When he's not spending time with his family he loves nothing more than exploring Tasmania's rivers and lakes with fly- rod in hand.
Jamie and Claire have a deep God-given passion to serve the Lord with a particular call to develop organic ministry opportunities, believing that God is planting His plans into the hearts of local communities and cities for the growth of the Kingdom.
